Fire Cooking Workshop at the Ecology Center


In April 2024, we held a fire cooking workshop at the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, California. It was the perfect start to the summer. There was a great turnout of students, all enthusiastic about how to cook meat over open fire. We did a tomahawk roast, and one-minute steaks using Australian wagyu. Plus, we had a lot of fun cooking up some pizzas in the Gozney (always a great addition to your backyard!). The highlight was coming together to enjoy the feast that we had all created.
