Ballerina Farm Christmas Party Collaboration


This holiday season, the Wild Kitchen team and I had the pleasure of collaborating with Hannah and Dan from Ballerina Farm to cook for their annual Christmas party. Celebrating the hardworking staff of the Ballerina Farm Store, the event was filled with festive cheer and incredible food. Inspired by the snowy season, we crafted a menu featuring orange sticky ribs, infused with Natalie’s signature orange juice, and homemade tangerine marshmallows, perfect for roasting on an open-fire!
