The fall feast continues. In this second part of the Thanksgiving series, we take you straight into the action — fires lit, ingredients prepped, and a full harvest celebration coming to life in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You’ve already seen the outdoor kitchen setup with the help of my mum, and now it’s time to get cooking. This episode is all about the theatre of open-fire cooking: kiln-dried wood crackling, meats hanging over the flames, squash roasting in the coals, and a long rustic table being styled for friends and family to gather around. From carving pumpkins into vases to setting the final tablescape, we show exactly how a feast of this scale comes together — heart, craft, and a whole lot of teamwork.
